I grew up in Irvington (1951-65) and remember a Cub Scout trip to the Tastee Bakery, probably about 1958 or 59. The hot bread that came out at the end of the tour was so delicious! Tastee was a sponsor of Junior Frolics on Channel 13. I was in the audience twice and was given a little loaf of Tastee Bread.
